When will my order ship?
Standard processing takes 2-4 business days. During limited edition drops, processing may take up to 7 business days due to high volume. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that limited edition collaboration items and 'Final Sale' products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Are Higround keyboards hot-swappable?
Yes, most of our current keyboard models feature hot-swappable PCB technology, allowing you to easily change your switches without soldering to customize your typing experience.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number for a replacement.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer flexible installment plans through Shop Pay Installments for eligible customers.
